Terms of Use for purchases on eait.fit

1. Who sells. eait is operated by the person named in the Impressum. Contact: lets@eait.fit. Purchases made inside the iOS app are governed by Apple's Licensed Application EULA instead.
2. The service. eait estimates calories and macros from photos and text. Estimates can be wrong; eait is not medical advice.
3. Subscriptions. Yearly and Monthly plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout (VAT included) until cancelled. First-time subscribers get a 3-day free trial; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Discounted offers renew at the price shown with the offer.
4. Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe through RevenueCat. We never see your full card details.
5. Cancelling. Cancel any time from the link in your receipt email or by writing to lets@eait.fit. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers). You may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of the purchase by telling us at lets@eait.fit. If you asked us to start the service during that period, we may keep an amount proportionate to what was provided before you withdrew.
7. Refunds beyond the above are at our discretion, except where the law requires otherwise.
8. Your account. Keep your sign-in secure; don't misuse the service or attempt to access other users' data.
9. Liability. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer law is unaffected.
10. Law. The law of the operator's country of residence applies, without removing protections of the law of your country of residence. EU online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes. We publish changes to these terms on this page and announce them by email at the same time. Price changes apply from your next renewal.
